You will need to unlink your real facebook account if it was already linked to your pokemon go account and link the new one.
With Google accounts sign in difficulty can range from very easy to not so difficult. Same process for new google account as instructions with new FB account before. For existing google accounts we recommend going to manage account from any google app. Find security tab and click on security code to get a one time verification code. Make sure the code is corresponding to the correct google account if you have multiple google accounts on device.
