Once you pay for the service, please fill out our contact form and we will contact you on your preferred contact method. From there, we will verify your order and you will verify/approve our login to your account. We will start the farm after the 2-hour cooldown and update you every 48 hours or as soon as the farm is completed. All communication will be done through your preferred contact method.
We use Pokemon Trainer Club (PTC) accounts - we would prefer not to if we have a choice since these accounts are prone to getting kicked out and have to re-login ever so often. We prefer Google or Facebook login. You can always create temporary social media accounts and link it to your account and only share the temp social login. After the farm is complete, you can unlink the temp account and relink your true FB or Google account. Apple login is not supported, so linking a Facebook or Google login to that Apple account is the current workaround.
We suggest you manage your Pokemon storage and delete Pokemon you don't need. We will keep good IV Pokemon, but that does not mean you should keep them if you already have an excess of those Pokemon. Storage is not unlimited. We also would appreciate it if you do not evolve during a farm that guarantees candies, Community Days, or the only exception nor power up Pokemon during a farm that guarantees Stardust until we finish since you would be consuming the resources that we are guaranteeing. Clear conflict of interest. TLDR: Do not consume resources that we are guaranteeing, not fair to our hard-working staff..

Cooldown is a period of non-activity on the account, usually lasting 2 hours before switching locations. A 2-hour cooldown is required before we can start farming in our location when switching from your last location. A final 2-hour cooldown is also required after we complete the farm and switch from our location back to your location.

With FB accounts sign in difficulty can range from very easy to very difficult. For the easiest sign in process for both of us, creating a new Facebook account is the way to go. This way there is nothing of importance/privacy on newly created FB account and no real security either so win win. You will need to unlink your real facebook account if it was already linked to your pokemon go account and link the new one.
With Google accounts sign in difficulty can range from very easy to not so difficult. Same process for new google account as instructions with new FB account before. For existing google accounts we recommend going to manage account from any google app. Find security tab and click on security code to get a one time verification code.
